Orders may be cancelled up to 30 days prior to event date. All payments are non-refundable for events less than 30 days out.

We reserves the right to make substitutions in the event the flowers requested are not available or in season. We also reserve the right to make substitutions if flowers received are not of the quality suitable for your wedding or special event. In this event, the integrity of the proposed color scheme will be maintained and flowers of equivalent value will be used.
